Clewiston

In Clewiston at Roland and Mary Martin Marina. Spotted a good number of gators along the rim route around Lake Okeechobee. Best weather yet on this trip. 80s, sunny and dry.

Putting towels out to dry.
This Acadia 25 entering Franklin lock (last one westbound).
I hailed Jumbo on the VHF as we passed alongside. First the German owner said "I'm not trading".
La Belle Boat Storage--lot of boats stored out of the water in basically flat pasture land.
Exiting Moore Haven lock--had to wait about thirty minutes for train to pass before they would lift the train bridge.
Clewiston lock kept open all the time when we were there.T
Typical scenery along the southern rim route of Lake Okeechobee.
No place to anchor here, so docked we are at the Martin Marina in Clewiston.
Airboat charter tour operator.
Now that's an offroad vehicle.
